Finding problems
The following troubleshooting steps can help you find the cause of problems:
- Enable extended logging and related logging flags (see Configuring logging).
- Download and check the logs.
- Open the browser debugger and check the console or network logs for errors, while performing the affected action.
The following troubleshooting steps can help solve common problems:
- In case it is affected, deactivate and activate the connector.
- In case it is affected, deactivate and activate the data destination and the sync.
- Restart the app.
- Restart IED.
