Finding problems

The following troubleshooting steps can help you find the cause of problems:

  • Enable extended logging and related logging flags (see Configuring logging).
  • Download and check the logs.
  • Open the browser debugger and check the console or network logs for errors, while performing the affected action.

The following troubleshooting steps can help solve common problems:

  • In case it is affected, deactivate and activate the connector.
  • In case it is affected, deactivate and activate the data destination and the sync.
  • Restart the app.
  • Restart IED.
